Can someone please come up with and post guidelines for posting to
net.lang AS OPPOSED TO the new mod.compilers?  I'd just like to avoid
reading stuff twice.  Yes, many languages are compiled, but...
Maybe guidelines aren't necessary; the best solution seems to be to
think about where a note is better suited and sticking to only that
group.

Also, I never really knew what the difference between net.blurfo and
mod.blurfo was (because I never needed to know before).  Can someone
briefly explain?
