Summary: is it time yet?

Has the time come for a net.lang.c++ newsgroup? There seems to be enough
traffic to warrant separating the C++ conversations. Since C++ is a "new"
language, and more and more people are discovering it now that Bjarne has
published his book, the traffic is starting to grow even more.
