We have information already on HCR PASCAL, but would be interested in hearing about other packages. Since we would be using it primarily for an intro programming course, efficiency and optimization are not necessarily of highest importance. [On a side note- what is the latest version of Berkeley's pi/px package? Would it be easily portable to System V? (The ancient copy from our v7 system causes too many complaints about pointer/int conversions and old-fashioned initializers.)] Any and all replies by mail will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Name: John Ruschmeyer US Mail: Monmouth College, W.
