Request for information on the so-called Mount Laurel case.

As a first-time reader of this newsgroup, I hope this subject hasn't
already been debated [or flogged to death as often happens in other
newsgroups]. As I understand it, there was *some* court ruling on
the responsibility of communities to provide low/moderate income
housing. I appreciate any info [ layperson's language preferably ]
via e-mail [ I'll summarize to net if sufficient interest ] or
