Tell us about glucose (which the brain needs), sucrose (which is table sugar, right?), fructose (in fruits, right?), et al. Are people who contend that table sugar is bad for you (why?) correct in saying it's okay to use honey? What's the metabolic pathway for the various sugars and what are the good and bad side effects of consuming various sugars?
