Condoms break all the time if used properly! ;-) I had a roommate that never had one remain intact. Good thing he used them as a secondary form of control. An answer to your problem is to take things easier on that thin piece of material that separates you from paternity AND always have foam in use/ or at least available when you use the darned things.
