This is my first attempt at posting news, so please bear with me.

Is there any way (i.e. using /etc/termcap) to get multiple foreground/
background colors on a color monitor?  We are using PROGRESS 2.3d on an
IBM/AT running Xenix 3.0.  Non-hardware related fixes, please.

The future of our news system rests on responses (yes, politics).
