Is the drive unit number determined by the drive's position in the daisy chain, a switch inside the disk drive, or is it not currently possible to hook up two external 3.5" drives to an Amiga? A related question: Can AmigaDOS format and access disks in the external 5.25" drive when it is attached to an Amiga, or is that product intended for use only with the MS-DOS emulator? Until a good hard disk drive is available for the Amiga, developers could benefit by having more than two floppies on-line.
