The IFF format is defined and documented in the new (V1.1) ROM Kernel
manual.  It should be out "real soon now" (I hope).

Also Commodore (Westchester, PA) now has, and is reproducing,
the V1.1 developers kits (IBM cross and Native).  Again look for it soon.
