Message-ID: <2973@ncsu.UUCP> Date: Wed, 15-Jan-86 09:34:18 EST Article-I.D.: ncsu.2973 Posted: Wed Jan 15 09:34:18 1986 Date-Received: Sat, 18-Jan-86 07:07:50 EST Organization: N.C. State University, Raleigh Lines: 25 Due to the number of people that have requested source for Amiga Hack, I will be posting it to the net under net.sources in about a week. For those of you on Arpanet, I will try to make arrangements to have it archived - Any volunteers? When I get the patches to 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 I will post the differeences file after I have successfully applied them. For those of you who do not have C compilers (or do not want to go to the tedious job of compiling) I am working on a way to port the binary. Since it is over 200K of object and another 50K in support I am looking for a way to compress it. We are looking at possibly a Huffman encription with only Ascii printable characters being generated. Again, any suggestions will be welcome. For anyone in Canada wanting a diskette, I am willing to send a FREE copy of both source and object to the first person who volunteers to act as a distribution site in Canada. This way we don't have to worry about the extra postage or monetary exchange problems. In the US, just send $6.00 (in any reasonable form). I provide mailer and diskette. (Extra contributions are always welcome). John Toebes 120-H Northington Place Cary, NC 27511 (919)-469-4210
