    Do you need any special permission, license, or restrictions from Apple
Inc. to market software or hardware designed to be compatible with it, but
not designed by Apple itself?  I am interested in developeing a somewhat
inexpensive, and very fast graphics engine in hardware that will take 
special advantage of double-hires graphics.  Otherwise, does Apple accept 
outside software or hardware designs?
