Given an RF modulator output, it isn't too hard to add a composite output
(which is basically the signal fed to the RF modulator input).
Making your own RGB signal is probably also possible, but requires much more
thought/design effort.  If anybody needs engineering assistance on this, I can
probably talk a friend of mine (who is a video expert) into helping out.
