Except for some old hacks at using the joystick ports, I believe the only way to hook a parallel printer is via an 850 interface. He has an Okidata M93 microline printer on his IBM PC that he is willing to hook to the 800, but wonders if it will merely be a cabling issue once he has an 850? Otherwise, what's an 80 column dot matrix printer (under $200) that can be hooked to the 850? Please reply directly to me: Lazear@Mitre.ARPA P.S. Anybody got an 850 they would part with?
