Jeff, I had the same problem with Compuserve and Hometerm. I found an advice file on Compuserve which mentioned interference from the printer (or printer driver). I unplugged my parallel printer from the 850 interface BEFORE booting. It worked. If you are superstitious give it a try. -Brenda
