If I select the Telephone entry in my Office window, nothing happens except the working Icon flashes briefly and then disappears. However, if I point at the "DATA 1" field on my screen (obviously while logged in) I get into the telephone call screen as normal as can do what I wish. All of this worked this morning before I started poking around in the /etc /usr/bin and other directories. The question is, what should I look at to find/fix this problem? When I point to the telephone entry in my Office window, what actually executes (or is supposed to execute)? Correlated to this, what actually happens when I point to the telephone field (e.g. DATA 1) and press button 1 so that I can start looking at what is wrong? Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.
