I am looking for a program or device driver which will allow me to move a text
file on 5.25" disk from MS-DOS to an AT&T 3B2.  I want to create a text file
on an IBM PC on a diskette, carry the disk to an AT&T 3B2, and read in the
text file.  Alternatively, I could create the text file on a UNIX PC 7300
and put it on disk, but I still need a utility to read from the 7300 disk into
the 3B2.  Both UNIX systems are running system V release 2.  ANY help would
be greatly appreciated, either source code or a reference to someone who has
tried this.  Please respond to one of the addresses given below.  Thanks in
