I'm looking for the following combination of hardware and software
to plug into a PC/XT/AT system.

	A coprocessor board with either  a 32XXX or 68XXX microprocessor.
	Minimum of 2MB of memory.
	Berkeley UNIX 4.2.
	Full TCP/IP ethernet support using either a smart 3COM or Excelan board.

	
I would appreciate any information on anyone making such a combination.
