Everything USED to work, according to the person who had it last, but when it was shipped, he had taken the drive and controller out and shipped it separately. I put it all back together, went through Davong's software installation procedure (formatting, allocating partitions etc.) and in the end I get an error message about "updating parameters". And, after it's formatted, the PC won't let me access drive C ("invalid drive spec"). I'm going to try again this weekend. In the meantime, H E L P ! Jim bauman sun!calma!sivax!jim
