Does anyone have a program, collection of awk programs, or scripts that
convert Volkswriter Deluxe file format to TROFF format?  I have a program
that does about 80% of the job, but rather than spend 80% of my time
figuring out how to do the last 20% of the conversion with a program,
I thought I would ask to see if anyone had something already built.

The document is question is a book of approximately 160 double-spaced
pages -- the prospect of having to do any part of the conversion by
hand is pretty painful.
