I am looking for a piece of software that will convert data into a
barcode label.

Requirements:
	Run under pc-dos 2.1 or pc-basic
	Stand-alone package--doesn't need to read bar codes
	Output to a run of the mill dot matrix printer
	Code 11 bar code
	Print the bar code and its alphanumeric equivalent
	Low cost (<$200) or public domain
