     Note that PAL-M uses the nominal values of colour subcarrier and
H scan/V scan (15750 Hz H, 60.00 Hz V) rather than the RCA "adjusted"
values in American NTSC.  Presumably, this was done to encourage a local
TV industry in Brasil??
