My cat Athena was very mopy when Merlin died, and after a few days (of mourning?) she became much more affectionate, sitting in my lap or lying on my stomach--she hadn't done this in quite awhile (This cat barely FITS on my lap!) She was just lonely, and probably a little worried about what happened to the other cat. By the way, we let her see Merlin's body just after he was killed (he took on a car barehanded) but before burial--she ignored it completely, as if it wasn't even there! Weird. ========================================= "PAY NO ATTENTION TO THAT MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN!" Scott J. Berry ihnp4!hou2g!scott
