"Great Horny Toads", as one of my favorite cartoon characters likes
to say.  My hat is off to Ken Perlow.  He too has begun to notice
that the Contras and the Sandanistas all seem to be just another
shade of grey when it comes to human rights.  Whatever happened to
the centerists in Nicarmessedup?  Did they all jump country to
await the final battle, and to then move back?
