Only by pretty perverted reactionary standards.  Within Britain (and
Europe generally) it's more or less centrist and politically independent.
I guess the people most in tune with it in UK would be the Social
Democrats (drawn about 50-50 from people disappointed with the Tories
and people disappointed with Labour (Socialists)).
