I came across a quote from a prominent commentator on American Foreign 
Policy and I present it to the net as a impetus for comment and a Quiz

Who said:

The United States "goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy, ...
is the well wisher to the freedom and independance of all ... [but] the 
champion and vindicator only of her own." The danger of straying from 
this creed would be that "the fundamental maxims of her policy would insen-
