I can't think of any. The MBTA's Blue Line in Boston uses third rail in the tunnel and switches to catenary when it comes out of the tunnel before the airport. Also, although not really rapid transit, the Metro-North (ex-New Haven) cars on the New Haven line out of New York use third rail from Grand Central out to where the Harlem and New Haven lines diverge between Woodlawn and Mount Vernon and catenary from there out to New Haven.
