Chuck,

One small addition to your list of Jan 12 changes:

St Louis-Chicago.  Saturday Northbound Statehouse will run 2
hours later (6:40 AM instead of 4:40 AM) and be numbered 302
instead of 300.

Question:
   I heard a rumor over the weekend that Westbound trains out of
St Louis will be detoured on freight only lines to Kirkwood for
a period of time in February.  Of course the local Amtrak agent
had not heard anything about it.  Since you had better
information than I did on the Sedalia detour last summer maybe
you might have heard something on this one.
