Power on the NE Coridor is still whatever the Pennsy was using.  [11kV 25Hz ?].
Both electrification to Boston and converting the power were scrapped
when the NEC project started to run heavily over budget.  [Major expense
in power conversion was reequipping all the m.u. cars that the various
transit authorities (MDOT,SEPTA,NJT,MTA/CDOT) run on the corridor.]
