Kodak Message-ID: <406@decwrl.DEC.COM> Date: Mon, 13-Jan-86 09:08:02 EST Article-I.D.: decwrl.406 Posted: Mon Jan 13 09:08:02 1986 Date-Received: Wed, 15-Jan-86 01:08:40 EST Sender: daemon@decwrl.DEC.COM Organization: Digital Equipment Corporation Lines: 18 I heard a rumor yesterday that said Poloroid won a lawsuit against Kodak. Apparently Poloroid though Kodak's "Trimprint" cameras were too much like Poloroid's "One-Step", so they sued, and won. All "Trimprint" cameras, film, and accessories were supposed to have been taken off the market as of last Friday. Kodak supposedly has a toll-free number for owners of "Trimprint" cameras; Kodak will send them $50 in coupons towards Kodak products (or maybe it's just a $50 gift certificate). Can anyone confirm or deny this? Have any more information you'd like to share? I'm a "Trimprint" camera owner, so this is kind of important to me. If you know the 800 number, I'd appreciate you passing it along. Thanks! JENelson ...!decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-bufalo!nelson nelson%bufalo@DEC.decwrl.DEC.COM
