Thanks to all who responded to my question on the mysterious
mineral water, both on the net, and through the mail.  Just
for general info., the responses that I got in the mail
generally said that the release of the carbonation(pressure)
extracted heat form the water and reduced the pressure as it left
causing the already very cold liquid to freeze.
