Something that Ozan forgot:

Users will probably want to add an "exit(0)" at the end of ltb's
"main" function.  

Something like:

#ifdef	vms
	exit(1)
#else
	exit(0)
#endif

Pyramids (f'r instance) don't have an implicit "exit(0)" at the end of a 
unreturned/unexitted main function - breaks the make of the lextab.
