Have any of you kind souls been able to get TVX running on 
a system 5 machine?  I have been having some problems...some 
include files are different, and some structures aren't there.

I found the equivalents for the missing include files, but
there are still some structures missing.  Before I go 
trying to re-create these structures, please let me know
if you have already compiled TVX, and how?!?
