The problem with this approach is that the odds are set such
that you lose as much (if not more) when he loses than you
win when he wins.  Worse, many of Gooden's games were "runs" games
instead of odds games, so that in fact betting on Gooden last
year was a losing proposition by a considerable margin!  But at
least it was an idea.  Any others???
