the chicago trib had some funny bear awards, but the ones related to
butkus were the best:

hungriest bear:  dick butkus, who bit a detroit lion in the leg.

second hungriest bear:  frank cornish, who ate seven pork chops in the company
			of trib sportswriter robert markus, while on suspension
			for overeating.

hottest bear:  dick butkus, who punched out the rear window of a DC-3 to
		get some air.  fortunately, the plane was on the ground.


and here it is, butkus fans, probably the greatest quote i've heard
in football in a long time.  talk about a humanitarian, talk about a 
sweet guy.
