I THINK it's true that in the 19 previous Superbowls, only 3 were played
between teams that were BOTH new to the big game - and that INCLUDES the
obvious, Superbowl I.  I think the only others were SB3 (Colts/Jets)
and SB16 (49ers/Bengals).  It's odd that really early SBs, like SB4 right
up through SB15 had at least one "veteran" team.

Can anyone confirm this?  Thanks.
