Other expenses are lawyer fee, loan application fee, title search & insurance, PMI, etc. Are all these deductibles claimed in Schedule A ? I recall that there were some discussions on this a long while back. But I didn't take notes then since I hadn't bought a house then. I appreciate any information or pointer to some documentation.
