Summary: Want LaTeX Mode Code and Doc for Gosling Emacs

Can anyone point me to a LaTeX mode for Gosling Emacs? I am looking
for one that will keep me from blowing it on ([{$$}]), trying to match
\begin{clyde} with \end{fred} and the like. Thanks,
