There has been a rumor floating around that there won't be a Tardis 23.

I just got off the phone with Norman Rubenstein and he said that the current
plans are to indeed have a Tardis 23.

So, if you hear of anyone saying that there won't be a Tardis 23, tell them
otherwise.
