My question: I have developed a large body of software to support scientific
applications.  Much of this code has been acquired from the public domain,
or written locally (I work for the Army).  How do get a 10-20 Meg body of
code into the public domain without publishing every line of it?  Please
reply (with any comments, flames...) to me directly.
