I will be attending a meeting to review a Unix SOE early next week.
After reading a good portion of the document I decided to compare
it with the AT&T system V specifications and was quit impressed. The
next thing I would like to do is see how the SOE compares with the
IEEE work to develop a standard C and "Portable Operating System En-
vironment". Unfortunately I do not have access to the systems that 
distribute this info. I would appreciate it if someone would provide
me within a copy before the end of this week. If necessary, I could 
establish a temporary uucp link.
