Does anybody know where I can find the reference for the UN*X "curses"
library given in the man page.  The reference given is

Screen Updating and Cursor Movement Optimization:
A Library Package,  Ken Arnold.

Having the library there seems pretty useless without knowing
exactly what the stuff does.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
