Manufacturers of ion deposition printers (e.g. Delphax) usually claim very
high Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) rates for their printers. What I'm
interested in is whether these high reliability rates are actually
experienced by users of these printers.

So, who can provide me with addresses of ion deposition printer users ?

If possible, I'd like to know what MTBF-rate they experience, and under what
sort of conditions:
    - work load
    - is there any operator controlled maintenance ?
    - etc.
    
Any help on this will be gratefully accepted.
