We seem to be missing table 4-5 on page 4-52 of the
System V V2R2 Support Tools Guide.  The manual section
involved deals with SCCS.

I've called ATT but they don't return my calls.  The
missing entry is not discussed in the October 1985
System V Known Problem List as far as I can see.

Can anyone help?
