I am working on a check-writing function for in-house use at my
company.  Has anyone written a routine to translate decimal numbers
into their english equivalents that they'd be willing to share with
me?

For example, I'd like to enter 683 on my terminal and have "Six
hundred eighty three" print out on the check.

Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated.  Please respond
by mail.
