The trouble is, once can be too many times because that's all it takes. I suspect it IS a common occurence, even though yes, they DO test/inspect them. What they DON'T do is guarantee them. Even the best made condom is susceptible to breaking which is one reason why they are a LOUSY method of birth control. (The other is the afore-mentioned loss of sensitivity). --Greg
