  I am giving an invited talk at a SIAM/IMA meeting on the State of the Art
in Numerical Analysis in Birmingham, England this April entitled
 The influence of vector and parallel processors on numerical computation
  I am reasonably au fait with work/literature on linear algebra but would
welcome references or comments in other areas particularly any neat practical
algorithms which exploit parallelism.
