Apologies to all our customers for the long delays in typesetting printouts
this afternoon.  A big print job, a seriously-overloaded system, and an
obscure bug (which sometimes makes big print jobs print very slowly) came
together to slow things down very badly.

I think I have finally found and fixed the bug, which should prevent things
from getting this bad again.  Getting a bigger system is the ultimate cure,
but we're still waiting for word on finances for that.
