I am trying to get a network number for our Apollo Domain (tolken
passing ring) network.  I have one trouble with the form to fill out.
Can someone who has gotten a network number for their Domain network
tell me how you answered question #6?

         6)  A citation to a document that describes the network.  This
         should identify a document that describes the network in a
         technical sense.
