It was explained to me that the heat produced by a laser printer would melt the glue used on normal labels. The glue could then leak into the printer and interfere with operation. The Imagen representative mentioned two manufacturers that make labels specifically for laser printers. Our paper supplier, Moore Business Forms Inc, provided us with some sample Avery labels that work quite well. I don't remember the other company. Jeffrey C Honig Clarkson University
