The reason setting an ACL on the device a print queue uses for output will
not work is (probably) because the person actually accessing the device is
the symbiont not the user that wants the job printed. There are /OWNER
and /PROTECTION qualifiers on the INITIALIZE/QUEUE commands to help you
achieve what you want.
